Service Description

We do not provide the hair. We accept a deposit of $20. Your Deposit is included in your total payment. We accept the remaining balance payment in cash only after service.


Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Scheduling: Booking in Advance: Please book your appointments ahead of time to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. Late Arrival: If you are running late, please call the salon. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, a no-show fee may be charged, and future bookings may require a deposit. 2. Payment Policy: Accepted Payments: We accept cash only. ATM machine is awaiting inside the salon. Payment is due immediately after services are completed. Deposits: For certain services or during peak times, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled appointments if sufficient notice is given. Refunds: All services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your braids, please inform us before leaving the salon so we can address any concerns. 3. Hair Preparation: Come Prepared: Please ensure your hair is washed, detangled, and free of product build-up before your appointment. Additional fees may apply for detangling or washing services. Hair Type and Length: Please be clear about your desired style, hair length, and texture when booking. Certain braiding styles may require additional time or hair extensions, which should be communicated in advance. 4. Children’s Appointments: Age Policy: We welcome children; however, children under the age of 5 may need to be accompanied by an adult during their appointment. We accept walk in only for children under 5. Behavior: We kindly ask that children remain seated during their appointment. Disruptive behavior may result in the appointment being cut short. 5. Customer Conduct: Respectful Behavior: Please be courteous to the braiders and other customers. Any form of disrespect or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of service. 6. Braiding Time: Time Commitment: Braiding can take several hours, depending on the style. Please plan accordingly and ensure you have enough time for your appointment. Breaks: You may request short breaks during the appointment, but excessive delays may extend your service time. 7. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation Policy: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of a deposit.
